AUSTIN-Zilliant Inc. found the price was right to sign up for another two years at the Escalade’s building B in the southwest submarket. The company develops software that helps companies determine the best pricing for their products.

Zilliant is paying less with its renewal on 9,565 sf than it did when it took the space several years ago, says Jack Tynes, a Colliers International principal. He declined to be more specific. Tynes and Colliers colleague Greg Johnson represented Zilliant. Greg Johnston of the Austin office of Transwestern Commercial Services negotiated for the building owner, Koll Bren Fund VI LP.
