With the five-year deal, Paramount, a reseller of Hewlett-Packard Co. computers and other equipment, moves from offices at 1607 N. Cuernavaca in the southwest submarket, and 15,300 sf of warehouse space at Fourth Street and Interstate 35 on the eastern edge of the CBD.

David Blackbird of Trammell Crow Co.'s Austin office represented the building owner, LIP Industrial Texas LP. Stewart Pate of Alta Vista Properties LLC acted on behalf of Paramount. Blackbird says the 314,493-sf Expo Business Park is about 97% leased.

Expo Business Park properties were part of a recent deal in which Clarion Partners, the autonomous US subsidiary of ING Real Estate, bought 35 million sf of industrial space in 22 cities from Crow Holdings Industrial Trust.
