Streamline Technical Services Inc. added 6,326 sf with its most recent expansion, the company's second, to bring the total to 18,756 sf. The company provides support to manufacturers such as Dell Computer Corp. The other expansion was by Simon Technologies, which added about 1,000 sf for a total of 2,784. The companies did not have outside brokers.
Jerry Heare and David Sour, industrial specialists at NAI Commercial Industrial Properties Co., market the Chandler Creek properties for the building owner, Burke Real Estate Group of California.
AAA Medical and X-Press Micro are the building's new tenants. AAA Medical, which took 3,552 sf, chose the site because it's close to Round Rock Medical Center and Georgetown Hospital. It is a subsidiary of Rotech Healthcare Inc., based in Orlando, FL. Darren Quick of Don Quick and Co. negotiated for AAA Medical and Casey Borgers of NAI CIP represented the building owner.
Electronics distributor X-Press Micro leased 1,776 sf in the building. The company, which did not have an outside broker, will consolidate its office and warehouse operations in the space.
Chandler Creek's 74,880-sf Building C is 77% leased. The business park's other two buildings, totaling 61,542 sf, are empty.
