Farley's and Sathers opened the building in 1991 as a packaging andlogistics center for its business in the eastern region of the US. The recent owner,Kraft Foods, sold the building to FS Acquisition early last year. Last fall,the candy company ceased operations there.

Kane is Able, Inc., an affiliate of the purchaser, will use the building forits expanding third-party logistics businesses, which include KaneWarehousing and Kane Freight Lines. The Kane affiliates providedistribution, warehousing, packaging, and transportation services for a variety ofindustries.

John Morris, senior sales associate of Wilkes-Barre, PA-based MericleCommercial Real Estate Service, marketed the facility for Farley's andSathers and also procured the buyer.
