Market Research Firms Lease 26,700 SF

PORTLAND-Market research firms Momentum Market Intelligence and Research Data Design have leased a combined 26,700 sf in two office buildings owned by Equity Office Properties, according to one of the brokers in the deal who spoke with GlobeSt.com.Research Data Design renewed for 12,600 sf at Riverside Center on Southwest Macadam Avenue and also leased an additional 4,900 sf at One Pacific Square on Northwest Second Avenue. Momentum Market Intelligence, expanding from 4,000 sf in the Mohawk Gallery, also took space at One Pacific, leasing 9.208 sf.

Research Data Design’s space at Riverside Center is on the fifth floor of the five-story, 100,000-sf office building. The 4,900 sf it leased at One Pacific Square is on the ground floor of the 13-story, 227,000-sf office building and will be used as a focus group facility. Momentum Market Intelligence took its space on the 6th floor of One Pacific. Research Data’s new and renewed leases were set up to expire at the same time six years from now. Momentum Market Intelligence inked a five-year lease.
