Ross Dress For Less Signs On at J-M Plaza

VANCOUVER, WA-Ross Dress For Less this fall will take over Rite Aid’s former location at J-M Plaza, a 164,400-sf mall owned by locally based C.E. John Co. and Hummelt Development.

The Safeway-anchored mall is located just north of Vancouver at the confluence of Interstate 5, 78th Street and Hazel Dell Avenue. Ross Dress For Less leased 30,187 sf of the 35,000-sf former Rite Aid location. The advertised asking rate for the space was $8 per sf.

J-M Plaza is the 4th largest community shopping center in Vancouver. Other tenants in the shopping center include: Perfect Look, Sally Beauty Supply, Blimpies, Sunrise Bagel, Round Table Pizza, Wendy’s, Hancock Fabrics and School Employees Credit Union.
