Each building totals about 180,000 sf. The buildings were built in 1999 and are 100% leased. The transaction value of $23.3 million includes these buildings, as well as The Office Centre at Southpoint, a 59,000-sf office building, and an adjacent 4.76-acre tract of developable land in Jacksonville, FL--two other properties Flagler acquired from Duke.
Beacon Station, South Florida's largest business park, located northwest of Miami International Airport, will include about 9 million sf of commercial, industrial and retail space at full build-out. Tenants include Union Planters Bank N.A., Trends B.G.P. Ltd., General Services Administration and Pittway Corp.
