Kelly Bomer and James Bouzoukis, both from Arlington Heights, IL, bought 9155 E. Bell Rd. under the entity of Rejuvent Properties LLC. Bouzoukis, an ear, nose and throat specialist, and Bomer, a plastic surgeon, will be relocating their practices from Illinois to the new facility later this year.
Youth Family Arts Center, comprised of three buildings totaling 28,000 sf, is located on three acres at the southeast corner of 91st Street and Bell Road east of the Pima Freeway. The center's current occupants include Scottsdale Martial Arts and Plumb Dance and Performing Arts, with 3,800 sf of space available for lease.
Steve Bodeman, with DAUM Commercial Real Estate's Phoenix office, represented LGE Corp. of Tempe, the project developer and seller, in the transaction. The buyers were represented by Tom Weinhold of NAI Horizon in Phoenix.
