Commercial real estate services firm Julien J. Studley Inc held Blank Rome's hand when its local staff moved from space at 900 17th St., into the Dyer, Ellis & Joseph 37,000-sf space in the Watergate building following the merger. Ultimately the newly joined organization will occupy the three top floors of the structure. The firm will also take on 12,000 sf on the building's lower level to be used for its business operations. While Studley represented the tenant, Jones Lang LaSalle stood in for property owner Income and Growth Watergate LLC.
