One retailer is Italy-based La Bottega di MammaRò, which occupies 1,600 sf for a five-year term. The chain carries handcrafted Italian ceramic dinnerware, hand-woven linens, gourmet foods, bath products and fine kitchen accessories, such as hand-blown glassware and handcrafted flatware. This is the first store in Florida for the company, founded in Italy's Tuscany region in the 1960s.

Les Bijoux also has opened, committing to a 10-year term in 880 sf. The European-inspired jewelry boutique specializes in fine platinum jewelry embedded with gemstones and has handmade, customized pieces crafted on-site, in addition to imported jewelry. The store is owned by Simon Dahan and Greg Osipov.

Stelios Galgadas, an international, custom-made jewelry boutique, is leasing 1,174 sf for five years. The shop has a large collection of unique pieces made in 18-karat gold or platinum with precious stones from around the world. The owners are Stelios and Pauline Galgadas, from Mykonos Island, Greece. This is their first store in South Florida.
