The added companies are: Advanced Lock & Security Inc.; Jefferson Health System's healthcare services; the Rutgers University school of business in Camden, NJ, offering continuing education and corporate consulting; Eubank Environments, which offers facilities relocation; Knoll, a supplier of office furniture; Nelson Westerberg commercial movers and its affiliated Westerberg/Atlas Van Lines; Save As Archives Inc., a records management company; Telebright Corp., which provides telecommunications consulting; Midlantic Jet Charters Inc. and On-Site Sourcing Inc., which provides digital and offset printing services.
All tenants in Brandywine's office portfolio are registered for e-Tenant use, according to Barbara Yamarick, SVP of tenant services and property management. The program is also available to other property owners with portfolios of five million sf or more in "select, non-competitive markets," she says.
Brandywine has regional offices in Mt. Laurel, NJ, and Richmond, VA. It owns, manages or has an ownership interest in 288 office and industrial properties encompassing 19.9 million sf.
