Mort Glick and Jeremy Hackett, managing directors of Grubb & Ellis Co.'s Long Island office, arranged the deal for Air Plus. Glick tells GlobeSt.com that the transaction is valued at approximately $1 million.
"Air Plus came to us seeking nicer facilities in a more corporate environment than their previous quarters on Commack Road in Deer Park, NY," he adds. The new space includes warehouse and office space along with eight loading docks. Heartland Executive Park owners were self represented in the transaction.
