The structure sits on a 14-acre parcel within the business park. While the new owner has plans for the space, it will not need the entire structure for its Dr. Pepper distribution activities, so it will put part of the facility up for lease. "We are working with the economic development office in Staunton to find suitable tenants for the remaining space," Industry Way general manager Preston Morris explains. Advantis Real Estate Services Co. represented both Diebold and Industry Way in the deal from its Norfolk, VA office.
