Insignia/ESG managing director Payson MacWilliam tells GlobeSt.com that the $3-million project, to be built by Sun State Builders, an entity of Chamberlain Development LLC, is expected to be completed in July. The project will rise on the southwest corner of the intersection of 39th Avenue and Washington Street in the Reywest Commerce Center.

"Record Center Innovations' continued growth in the Phoenix market has out paced their current facilities," MacWilliam said of the firm, which provides off-site management and storage of business and medical records. He said Inteli-Vault will lease back the state-of-the-art, dock-high facility to Record Center Innovations once construction is completed. The terms of that lease were not disclosed. MacWilliam, along with his brother Don MacWilliam, also a managing director with Insignia/ESG, represented all parties in the transaction.
