Houston Management Team Wins Award

HOUSTON-For the second consecutive year, Sunterra Real Estate Group makes BOMA's "A List" for property management. This year, the team wins for management of IBC Plaza, owned by the International Bank of Commerce.

HOUSTON-For the second time in two years, the Building Owners and Manager’s Association International and CEL & Associates have given one of their top awards to Houston-based Sunterra Real Estate Group.

The National Real Estate Customer Service Award for Excellence, also known as the “A List” award, was given to Sunterra in recognition of its outstanding customer service and satisfaction for its management of IBC Plaza in Houston, owned by the International Bank of Commerce. The group earned its first “A List” award last year for management of the 4544 Post Oak Place office building in Houston.

“It’s a great boost for us,” Bill Carey, senior property manager with Sunterra tells GlobeSt.com “It recognizes that we’re moving in the right direction.”
