Insignia/ESG Closes Est. $15M in New Office Leases

ATLANTA-The Atlanta office of New York-based Insignia/ESG has closed two class A office leases totaling 86,699 sf, with an estimated aggregate rent value of $15.45 million.

Vanity Fair Intimates LP, a division of Greensboro, NC-based VF Corp., is taking 83,699 sf for 10 years at the 135,000-sf, 94%-leased Windward Fairways I. Area brokers tell GlobeSt.com the estimated total rent is $15 million.

The average quoted rent range at the seven-year-old property at 3025 Windward Plaza is $18 to $21 per sf. Windward Fairways is part of the 21-acre, 282,530-sf Windward Fairways office development in North Fulton County.
