The law practice of Fitzsimmons & Associates will occupy 4,517 sf at 610 W. Ash St., according to the terms of its 10-year lease. The firm, which specializes in business litigation, plans to move into its new offices on the seventh floor of the Ash Street building in May of this year.
Fitzsimmons & Associates was represented by Chris Powers of Burnham Real Estate Services ONCOR International. Ron Miller, Pascal Aubry-Dumand and Lynn LaChapelle, who are also with Burnham Real Estate Services, acted on behalf of the lessor, M&S Balanced Property.
A number of leases have been signed in Downtown San Diego in recent months, as the neighborhood's current revitalization project is attracting a wide variety of tenants. Recent Downtown transplants include Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar and Viscosity Inc., which both inked lease agreements here at the close of 2002.
