Law Practice Seals $1.2M Office Lease

SAN DIEGO-The law firm of Fitzsimmons & Associates signs a 10-year agreement for 4,517 sf of office space in Downtown San Diego. The company, which plans to move into its new offices in May 2003, will occupy the seventh floor of the 610 W. Ash St. building.

SAN DIEGO-A law firm has inked a $1.2-million lease for office space in Downtown San Diego, as this sector of the city continues to build its reputation as the latest hotspot for everything from retail to office to multifamily.

The law practice of Fitzsimmons & Associates will occupy 4,517 sf at 610 W. Ash St., according to the terms of its 10-year lease. The firm, which specializes in business litigation, plans to move into its new offices on the seventh floor of the Ash Street building in May of this year.
