In addition to overseeing the commercial division, Kelley is charged with growing Binswanger's business and client base Downtown and in the surrounding suburbs, according to a statement by John K. Binswanger, chairman.

In 1996, prior to his post at C&W, Kelley founded and operated his own firm, Kelley & Associates, where he represented Novartis Pharmaceuticals, Merrill Lynch and Dean Witter. He also handled listings for King of Prussia, PA-based O'Neill Properties and sold or leased 5 million sf on O'Neill's behalf over a five-year period. Tenants included Merck, GE Capital and Prudential.

Kelley pointed to Binswanger's "strong ties to Philadelphia on both professional and personal levels," in a statement. "I'm intent on enhancing this positive presence throughout the region and solidifying the metro and suburban brokers into the strongest team possible."
