Title Security Expands With $350,000 Lease

SCOTTSDALE, AZ-The company takes 3,059 sf for five years at Camelback Executive Park, a recently renovated 160,000-sf office building near downtown Scottsdale. For the tenant, it's a second Scottsdale location.

SCOTTSDALE, AZ-Title Security Agency has established a new branch office with the five-year lease of 3,059 sf of office space at Camelback Executive Park, a recently renovated, three-story office building near downtown Scottsdale.

Tyler Smith, with Grubb & Ellis Co.’s office division tells GlobeSt.com that the $350,000 lease marks the firm’s second location in Scottsdale. The title company also has offices at Lincoln Center.
