The 90-unit oceanfront condo tower, being developed by J. Milton & Associates, will be located at 16275 Collins Ave. Lustigman will oversee all aspects of marketing, development, construction and sales for the tower.

A 30-year old Denver native, Lustigman founded a brokerage, development and construction company in 1996. From 1998 to 2003, he had his own law firm. Just before relocating to Miami, he developed and sold an 8,000-sf single-family home for $2.5 million. His father, Shawn Lustigman, also is involved in development in South Florida.

Sayan units will range in size from 1,234 sf to more than 2,600 sf. Preconstruction prices range from $467,000 to $3.8 million. Ground-breaking for Sayan is scheduled for June, with occupancy anticipated in December 2004.
