The building is located on 16-plus acres at 3245 Meridian Parkway in the Meridian Business Campus. The facility consists of 23,000 sf of office space as well as 27 dock-high loading doors on two sides.

Richard F. Etner Jr., senior director-industrial brokerage for Cushman & Wakefield in Fort Lauderdale, and a broker involved in the transaction, said Quantum plans to move into the Weston facility within 90 days. The company currently is based in several buildings in Fort Lauderdale Commerce Center.

Quantum owner Jeff McGovern leased the building because it is in a great location and it's highly functional, according to Etner.
