Mama Fu's Noodle House and Moe's Southwest Grill are each taking 2,467 sf. Atlantic Station representatives wouldn't disclose the value or length of the leases. But area retail brokers tell GlobeSt.com the leases are probably for three to five years with an estimated asking rent of $18 to $20 per sf.

The open-air retail/restaurant section has leased a total 344,286 sf to date. Among the tenants are Dillard's department store, 225,000 sf; United Artists Theatre, 104,839 sf; California Pizza Kitchen, 5,193 sf; Marble Slab Creamery, 1,350 sf; and Eye Gallery, 2,970 sf.

Besides retail, the 138-acre Atlantic Station will have residential, office and hotel product and 11 acres of public parks when it opens later this year. The site formerly housed the Atlantic Steel Mill.
