Cresa Partners Promotes Gaunt

MIAMI-Stephen E. Gaunt was promoted to senior vice president of the company's office here. Gaunt, who has worked for Cresa Partners since 1992, has 28 years of experience with corporate representation, site selection and investment property services.

MIAMI-Cresa Partners LLC, a national commercial real estate services advisory company, has promoted Stephen E. Gaunt to senior vice president of its Miami office. Gaunt has worked for Cresa Partners since 1992.

With more than 28 years’ experience incorporate representation, site selection and investment property services, he will help manage the entire transaction process. Gaunt’s many clients include Hemisphere National Bank and TECO-Peoples Gas. Most recently, he represented Hemisphere National Bank in the relocation of its headquarters to 8600 NW 36th St. here.
