The new location is at 8501 NW 17th St. This represents a new location for the third-party logistics and warehousing company, which is relocating to Beacon Centre.
The company is paying in the low $6 range per sf gross for the space, according to Brian Smith of Alliance Commercial Real Estate Group here, who represented 3 PL of the Americas in the transaction. This estimate places the lease valued at approximately $8.48 million.
"3 PL needed a lot of office space and also a lot of loading doors in a class A environment," Smith tells GlobeSt.com. "That space fit perfectly."
