MIAMI-Beacon Centre, a 2.3 million-sf, class A, mixed-use property here has snagged a major tenant from the Doral area. The company, 3 PL of the Americas, has signed a new lease for 138,996 sf of industrial space for a 10-year term.

The new location is at 8501 NW 17th St. This represents a new location for the third-party logistics and warehousing company, which is relocating to Beacon Centre.

The company is paying in the low $6 range per sf gross for the space, according to Brian Smith of Alliance Commercial Real Estate Group here, who represented 3 PL of the Americas in the transaction. This estimate places the lease valued at approximately $8.48 million.
