Terrabrook handled leasing activities, bringing in BB&T Bank, Carrabba's Italian Grille, a Chick-fil-A eatery and Chipotle Mexican Grill. While only three restaurants lease land from Terrabrook, the property is actually home to four eating locales, as Potbelly Sandwich Works subleases space from Chipotle.
