Village Commons Sells for $6.2 M

RESTON, VA-Five-acre retail property Village Commons goes from Terrabrook's portfolio to AJ Dwoskin & Associates' per a $6.2 million deal. Four tenants lease land space on which they have built structures accounting for 20,000 sf of space.

RESTON, VA-Ownership of Village Commons, a retail development site, has been transferred from developer Terrabrook to real estate development and management company AJ Dwoskin & Associates in a $6.2 million transaction. The five-acre property’s land is leased out to four tenants who have built structures accounting for a total of 20,000 sf.

Located on Sunset Hills Rd., Village Commons sits off the Fairfax County Parkway near the Reston YMCA. “Village Commons is a great asset in an exceptional location, making it a strong addition to our portfolio of 17 retail centers in Northern Virginia” AJ Dwoskin CEO John Curtis says.
