The 9,700-sf retail building will include a 3,500-sf bank. The developer is currently in negotiations with a bank, but has not finalized a deal, Stuart Wyllie, senior EVP of The Graham Cos., tells GlobeSt.com.
In addition, Chicken Kitchen has signed a 2,000-sf lease in the retail building, and the locally based developer is in final negotiations for a 4,200-sf lease with a firm that provides support services for office tenants, he says.

The expansion should be nearly finished by the end of the year and open for business in early 2004.
