The Lithia Springs, GA-based hair-care products manufacturer will be moving into 195,300 sf at Building D-4 this June. The building is scheduled for completion later this month. Cushman & Wakefield brokers Brown Edwards and George Liddon signed Nioxin to a seven-year lease at an estimated aggregate rent of $4.78 million.

Nioxin is combining its manufacturing and administrative operations totaling 140,000 sf in two buildings. "Nioxin had a number of options in the I-20 West and south Atlanta submarkets, but chose Westfork for its flexible expansion capabilities, proximity to Nioxin's current facility [within Westfork], the quality of the development and overall economic incentives being offered," Edwards says. The dollar value of the incentives was not disclosed.
