Turnberry on the Green Opens

MIAMI-The $80 million, 377-residence tower is the first South Florida rental community created by condominium developer Turnberry Associates. Unit sizes range from 938 sf to 2,305 sf, and monthly rents range from $1,250 to $5,500.

MIAMI-Turnberry on the Green, an $80 million, 377-residence rental community, has opened in Aventura, FL. It is the first rental community in South Florida created by condominium developer Turnberry Associates.

Located at 19501 W. Country Club Drive across from the Aventura Mall, the exclusive, 27-story rental community overlooks the Turnberry Isle Resort & Club Golf Course. Turnberry on the Green has one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes, penthouses and tower suites ranging in size from 938 sf to 2,305 sf. Monthly rents range from $1,250 to $5,500.
