It is 100% leased. Among its tenants are GE Plastics, Fresenius, Electrolux (formerly Frigidaire), Exel Logistics and Menlo Logistics.

The six buildings range in size from approximately 116,000 sf to 490,000 sf, and the property can accommodate tenants in spaces as small as 60,000 sf. The three original buildings, which constitute about half of the total rentable space, were upgraded in 1996. The other three buildings were completed between 1996 and 1998. There is a one-to-10,000-sf overall dock door ratio, and there are 200 trailer parking locations at the center.

The Philadelphia office of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, identified to GlobeSt.com only as a Chicago-based private investment group. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close by the end of this month.
