Meier & Frank, JC Penney, and Mervyn's anchor the property, which includes a convenience center and several outparcels. Layton Hills is located at the intersection of Interstate 15 and Hill Field Road. Additional tenants include Zales Jewelers, Bath & Body Works, Victoria's Secret, and Gymboree.
