Called The 500 Block of Collins Avenue, the complex will feature a 225-car parking garage in addition to the townhouse-style retail boutiques. The development, scheduled to be completed next January, will comprise the full block facing Collins Avenue between 5th and 6th streets--a famous commercial/retail/residential area that's estimated to bring in more than $90.3 million in annual retail sales.

Zyscovich Inc. of Miami is the architectural firm for the project. Boston-based Arrowstreet, a retail design specialist, has been retained to maximize the space in the development. Gene P. Spiegelman, Andrew M. Kahn and Greg Masin of Cushman & Wakefield have been named leasing agents for the space.
