Buyer Mold Solutions LLC outbid two other prospective buyers with a $714,000 offer on the single-story building, situated on 35,000 sf, Mark Wilcke, with NAI Horizon in Phoenix tells GlobeSt.com. The company, a machine shop specializing in plastic molding, was previously located in about 4,000 sf at 6700 W. Chicago St in Chandler.
The firm's new location "was ideally set up for the manufacturing business," Wilcke said of the company's recent purchase. Built in 1985, the building is located near Arizona Avenue and Elliott Road. The firm gets 1,350 sf office space along with a manufacturing and warehouse area.
Wilcke and Joe Cryan, also with NAI Horizon, negotiated the deal for the seller, Leighton G. Roberts II. The buyer in the transaction was represented by Dean Busk with Commercial Brokers Inc.
