Specific lease terms were not disclosed, but based on the average asking rental rate in Beacon Station--which ranges from $5.40 to $6.35 per sf gross--the lease has an estimated value of $1.5 million.

Also, Perry Manufacturing leased an additional 23,676 sf of office/warehouse space at 10255 NW 116th Way, Unit 10, at Beacon Station. Perry Manufacturing is a manufacturer of ladies' apparel. The company's lease is estimated to be valued at approximately $600,000. Garcia and Gordon represented Flagler Development as the only brokers involved in this transaction.
