MIAMI-In recent deals, mid-term leases have been signed for four new tenants totaling 93,876 sf at Beacon Station–South Florida’s largest business park located here. The largest company to sign most recently is Cruise Logistics, a provider of port services, which leased 59,700 sf of office/warehouse space at the park.

The site is at 11825 NW 100 Road. Pedro Garcia and Stuart Gordon of Codina Realty Services Inc. ONCOR International represented the facility’s owner, Flagler Development Co., in the transaction. Robert Meneses with Digiacomo Group represented Cruise Logistics.

Specific lease terms were not disclosed, but based on the average asking rental rate in Beacon Station–which ranges from $5.40 to $6.35 per sf gross–the lease has an estimated value of $1.5 million.
