The federally chartered savings bank has inked a five-year renewal lease valued at $640,500. It will continue to occupy suite 140 of the Prospect Street facility, which is known as the La Jolla Bank building. The 60,000-sf property is currently 100% leased. Other tenants in the building include Prudential Securities, ITLA Capital Corp. and Scripps Investment and Loan.
The lessor, TSK Ventures LLC, was represented by Michael Dyer of Burnham Real Estate Services ONCOR International, who also acted on behalf of La Jolla Bank.
Founded in 1985, La Jolla Bank has full-service offices located in California and Texas, with loan production offices in California and Arizona. It operates seven branch offices plus four additional loan offices.
