The 4.84-acre parcel is located on N.W. 264th Avenue and is nearly surrounded by property already owned by the Port. The property is improved with a residence and outbuildings.

The parcel is the last of four being gathered by the Port to accommodate possible future growth of the airport and to provide a buffer between the airport and the business community developing on its northeast border.

Environmental site assessments of the property have been completed. Closing of the purchase, scheduled for later this year, is contingent upon completion of recommendations made by the Port's consultant for clean-up of limited areas of contaminated soil.
