Pehl joined TCC in December 1999, initially supporting corporate clients in the western U.S. and subsequently assuming the role of Deputy Alliance Director for the Group Health Cooperative account. He assumed the Alliance Director role in late 2000, leading a team of 100 associates, and assumed a Group Leader role in August of 2002.

Group Health is a major regional hospital in the Northwest that out-sources its real estate functions to TCC's Global Services Group, which delivers management, transaction and project management services. As a Principal, Pehl continues to service Group Health and other key investor and corporate relationships in the Seattle area.
