"Everyone in the community was excited that the long-awaited dialysis center was completed," Insignia/ESG managing director Karsten Peterson tells GlobeSt,com. "There was a need to service that area."

The new center, which opened at 14766 South Highway 77, was built for Renal Care by developer, ANA Associates of Phoenix. The single-story medical office building features 15 kidney dialysis stations along with doctors' offices. The 10-year lease on the facility will give the firm a long-term presence in the Mammoth community.

Peterson and Dave Seeger, a managing director with Insignia/ESG, along with associate Mark Gustin, represented ANA Ventures in the lease. The Nashville, TN-based Renal Care Group was represented in the lease negotiations by Barbara Mohr with Dallas-based Mohr Partners' Paradise Valley office.
