Douglas Rowe, vice president of GVA Williams, represented Greenwich Home Mortgage in the transaction, marking the seventh deal he has completed for the firm. GVA Williams is also the exclusive leasing agent for the property, which is owned by the New York-based Geometry Realty.
Cedar Knolls Corporate Center is a 117,000-sf class A office building. The asset recently underwent an extensive renovation that included a new lobby, upgraded common areas, expanded parking and an improved telecommunications infrastructure.
The New York City-based GVA Williams has a regional headquarters in Parsippany, NJ.
