Weingarten Renews Two, Signs One Newcomer

AUSTIN-The industrial leases seal off 17,250 sf at three properties. Total Amusements takes 5,400 sf at 3709 Promontory Point Dr. while five-year renewals are inked for buildings along East St. Elmo Road and Industrial Oak Boulevard.

AUSTIN-Leases have been renewed at two Weingarten Realty Investors’ properties while a new tenant has signed at a third industrial holding to give the Houston-based company a 5,400-sf increase of leased space in its Austin industrial portfolio.

The new tenant is Total Amusements, which took 5,400 sf for three years at Southpoint Service Center at 3709 Promontory Point Dr. in the southeast submarket. The property has 54,000 sf.

At South Park, EZCorp renewed on 8,100 sf. The 78,000-sf property is at 2028 E. St. Elmo Rd. in the southeast submarket. With the renewal, Austin-based EZCorp, which operates pawn shops, will be at the property for another five years.
