Rising on a 15-acre parcel at Dennery Road and Del Sol Boulevard, the project is slated for build-out in summer of 2003. When completed, it will consist of 17 Tuscan-style facilities that will house a total of 346 one-, two- and three-bedroom units. Floor plans will range from 656 sf to 1295 sf. Amenities will include a clubhouse, fitness facility, business center, pool, spa and detached garages. Wermers Corp. of San Diego is building the project, which has been designed by Orange County-based Architects Orange.

Casoleil Apartments is just one of various commercial projects that JMI currently has under development. The firm, which was organized in 1992 as the real estate subsidiary of JMI Services Inc., is currently implementing $390 million in development activity. In addition, it is managing a real estate investment portfolio valued in excess of $600 million.
