The 17-year-old, three-story, 97,305-sf President's Plaza One located on Eisenhower Boulevard, is 90% leased. Lennar Homes and WebMD are the lead tenants.
Capital Advisors Group brokers Jubeen Vaghefi, Jeff Morris and Jim Bobbitt negotiated for Irving, TX-based Archon, a seven-year-old Goldman Sachs-founded company.
