MIDDLE RIVER, MD-Poly-Seal Corp. has signed on to occupy 155,000 sf in the industrial/warehouse building at 670 Chesapeake Park Plaza. The terms of Poly-Seal’s lease agreement have not been released, but space in the structure leases for about $3.65 per-sf. Real estate services company NAI LKNB represented both the tenant and the building owner, Corinthian Realty Partners, in the deal.

Located in the eastern portion of Baltimore County, 670 Chesapeake was erected in 1979 and offers surface parking plus a total of 188,100 sf. The building is now approximately 85% leased to tenants including Poly-Seal and Raymond Geddes & Co., which occupies 15% of the single-story facility. Only 28,000 sf remain available. Poly-Seal’s space will serve as a site for the manufacturing, warehousing and distributing of its plastic enclosures for the beverage and cosmetics industries.
