The technology firm signed a lease with The Sabey Corp., the developer of Everett Technical Park I, for 55,000-sf in the two-story, 98,000-sf building. According to Sabey, the office park offers high-quality office space with fiber connectivity and ample surface parking. The building is located just twenty-five minutes north of Seattle, with easy access to I-5 and SR-526.
Colliers International brokers Gregg Riva, Derek Heed and Geoff Boguch brokered the deal. The rental rate was not disclosed but asking rates for similar spaces are in the $25-psf range.
"This lease is substantial in that it's another vote of confidence for Snohomish County," said John Sabey, VP of real estate for Sabey Corp. "Agilent's decision to remain in the county fosters the region's commitment to industry diversity. It's a very positive presage."
