Agilent Commits to Everett Space

EVERETT, WA-The Sabey Corp., the developer of Everett Technical Park I, has landed a long-term tenant, global technology company Agilent Technologies.

EVERETT, WA-Agilent Technologies, a global technology company specializing in communications, electronics and life sciences, has signed a long-term lease to occupy space in the Everett Technical Park I.

The technology firm signed a lease with The Sabey Corp., the developer of Everett Technical Park I, for 55,000-sf in the two-story, 98,000-sf building. According to Sabey, the office park offers high-quality office space with fiber connectivity and ample surface parking. The building is located just twenty-five minutes north of Seattle, with easy access to I-5 and SR-526.
