Come April 1, the firm, a GE company headquartered in Tennessee, will move from its current location at 3200 N. Central Ave. in Phoenix to a new in-bound call center at 2419 W. 14th St. The facility, formerly used as a call center by VISA and Motorola, is one of three call centers operated by ASI.

The move will allow the company enough space to expand from 250 to 300 employees. "Its proximity to the freeways that allowed employees to travel from different parts of the valley was important," Gwen Musfeldt, with Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona Inc., tells GlobeSt.com. "It's also a good location to recruit new employees."

In addition to Musfeldt, the C&W negotiating team, representing the tenant, consisted of Jerry Jacobs and senior director Larry Downey. The building owner, Tree Family LLC of Phoenix, was represented by Mike Haenel, Andy Markham and Marc Tuite, all of Grubb & Ellis Co.'s Phoenix office.
