Crow Hires Ex-McDonald's Exec.

ORLANDO-T. Andrew Hawkins, a commercial real estate professional for 17 years, is the newest vice president in the Orlando office of Trammell Crow Co. The former site selection manager in Central Florida for McDonald’s Corp. will provide brokerage services for two of Crow’s major corporate accounts in North Florida–ExxonMobil Corp. and Bank of America.

Hawkins will handle site evaluation, lease negotiation, disposition services, reporting and market analysis for the two accounts and also assist in business development for retail companies based in Florida.

Crow has seven million sf in retail project leasing and $100 million in retail investment sales listings in Florida, says Paul Ellis, a Crow principal and senior vice president. He says Crow has “one of the largest corporate client lists in the country” and calls Hawkins “an exceptional addition to our team.
